Memory chest bear was an idea to solve a problem I constantly had.
Where do I store my precious memories,mostly worthless to anyone but me,never the less priceless.
It’s heart wrenching when someone leaves your life,
Maybe going off to university or travelling.
You can constantly wonder to the place they were or pick something of theirs up,just for comfort
I believe there is nothing more comforting than holding something to you that has memories of someone you love, to hold forever.
I remember a friend telling me her daughter wanted an empty perfume bottle of hers to take on her travels with her.When asked ‘why’.She told her Mum,so I can smell you when I need too.
So it works both ways
We often keep our childrens baby teeth and little trinkets that they give to us,so proudly.
Why would we want to loose them.
When working in my gift shop,I am often asked for ideas for Christenings,weddings all types of special occasions.People mostly want something to give that will be treasured.
Well, I think I found the answer…
